Guttridge delight for title winners
Midfielder Luke Guttridge praised his team-mates for winning the title in his absence.
Guttridge, who missed the run-in after breaking his metatarsal, said: “It’s been very difficult, but lads managed to finish it off, play well, get the results and thankfully we won the league.”
On being a hit with supporters after some hugely influential displays this season, Guttridge added: “If they (the fans) like me, that’s brilliant. I just give my best and if it’s good enough it’s good enough and if it’s not then unlucky.”
