Forest Green snap up Walker
Former Luton Town forward Jason Walker has signed for Town’s Skrill Premier rivals Forest Green Rovers on a short-term deal.
Walker, who scored six times in 29 appearances for Town, returned to England in December following a six-month stint at Swedish club Ostersunds FK.
He spent the first three weeks of the year training with Gateshead, but turned down a contract offer before accepting a trial at the New Lawn.
Forest Green manager Ady Pennock said: “Jason brings something different to the table.
“He’s got good touch and awareness, he knows where the goal is and just needs to get match fit.
