
The pair played together at Exeter and Fleetwood admitted he would love to be paired with his good mate who is currently staying with him.
On McAllister, who signed for the Hatters on-loan from Newport County, Fleetwood said: “I know him from my Exeter days and we know each other’s game inside out.
“He sort of compliments me, because he is a big target man, he can bully defenders for me and I can get in behind.
“I’m sure he’s desperate to get on the pitch. He didn’t get on Saturday, but will be desperate to show how good he is.”
