But Town striker Andre Gray was glad to see his old team-mates and wished them well in the play-offs.

He said: “I’m good friends with all of them and Azza is actually staying at mine so we are all good friends and still have a lot of banter.

“It was good to see them and I hope they do well in the play-offs, I think they deserve it.

“At times (it’s strange playing against them) because you know what they are capable of.

“They are all good players and have played a lot of games.

“Azza is one of the top goalscorers in the league, he’s a quality player and the same with Robbie and Crowy. It is a bit strange when you know the qualities, but it can work to our advantage as well as our disadvantage.”
