Emotional Robinson ‘euphoric’ after securing new Luton deal
The 19-year-old midfielder played a pivotal role at the end of last season, appearing in the last seven games and scoring his first senior goal on the last day of the season in the 3-1 victory at Southport.
Having clearly impressed new boss John Still, and been rewarded with a one-year contract extension, Robinson is in no mood to stop now.

Hide AdHe said: “I personally haven’t been told anything about the role I will play next year. I think in that sense it’s down to me.
“I’ve done enough to put a seed in the gaffer’s mind to stay around and be given a chance.
“It’s up to me to water that seed and stay around and hopefully get in for the first game of the season.”
Having been released from Leicester City’s Academy last season, Robinson, who made a total of 14 appearances for the Hatters last season, was clearly delighted by the progress he has made.

Hide AdThat growing belief was evident at the tail end of the campaign as he went from strength-to-strength, marking his new-found confidence with a maiden strike.
