Emberson backs Brill signing

HATTERS first team development coach Carl Emberson has endorsed the expected signing of free agent Dean Brill, writes Mike Simmonds.

Emberson, himself a former goalkeeper at Kenilworth Road, has been impressed with the performances of Brill, who started his career with Luton, during the pre-season campaign.

Boss Paul Buckle is hoping to conclude the deal in the near future for Brill, who was recently released by Barnet, after the stopper completed 90 minutes for Town in their 2-0 victory at St Albans on Monday.
