Departing defenders praise Hatters
Former Luton Town defenders Joe Davis and Alfie Mawson have both praised Luton Town for making them feel at home during their loan spells at Kenilworth Road.
Davis, who has gone back to Port Vale after making nine appearances, tweeted: “@LTFC_Official like to say thanks to the club for making me feel so welcome during my stay. Loved it, and will be looking out for results!”
Meanwhile, Mawson, who was restricted to just 45 minutes of football for Town, tweeted: “All the best to @LTFC_Official for the rest of the season, really enjoyed my time at the club and am very thankful for the opportunity.”
