Carney looks for Lacey inspiration after break
HATTERS boss Gary Brabin has told starlet Newman Carney to draw inspiration from fellow youngster Alex Lacey after he broke his leg in Friday’s FA Youth Cup defeat at Dereham Town, writes Mark Wood.
The teenager had been on the verge of Town’s first team this season but now faces around three months on the sidelines.
But Brabin is hoping that he will find some comfort in how Lacey has bounced back from a similar injury last season.
