Brabin’s trial date set
HATTERS: Manager Gary Brabin’s trial date was set for Friday, May 25, during a case management hearing at Selby Magistrates Court yesterday.
Brabin had already pleaded not guilty to the two charges of assault and one charge of using threatening words or behaviour to an incident that occurred during Luton Town’s game against York City at Bootham Crescent in April.
The hearing at Selby Magistrates Court would come just five days after any potential Blue Square Bet Premier play-off final meeting at Wembley Stadium.
