Brabin keen to have a look at ex-Celtic forward Bogle

FORMER Celtic and Birmingham City striker Omar Bogle is continuing to interest the Hatters after scoring for Town’s reserve last week, writes Mark Wood.

The youngster netted in Luton’s 3-3 Combination draw against Oxford United on Wednesday and Town boss Gary Brabin admitted he would like to see more of the youngster who reportedly interested both Rangers and Cardiff City earlier this season.

Bogle had only joined the Bhoys in the summer from Birmingham City and had appeared to be progressing well with a number of goals for Celtic’s youth side.

Brabin said: “Young Omar has come up. He’s only trained with the group once and played that game.

“He’s still a bit short of match practice and hopefully we’ll have a little bit more of a look at him.”
