Defeat to fellow promotion chasers Fleetwood Town dropped Hatters out of the play-off places with the likes of Gateshead and Southport leapfrogging them.
Although there is still plenty of time left in the season, some sections of Town fans are getting restless with the side’s indifferent form, but Brabin said: “I believe that I’m the man who can take the club forward.
“I always give my all, I believe I know what it takes to get out of this league.
“I know it’s only early days, but I’m certainly not feeling any pressure in terms of that, no-one’s put me under any pressure. I put myself under my own pressure. I want to do well, the people behind the scenes at the club have been fantastic.”
