The pair joined Skrill South side Concord Rangers last week as Still said: “We know he (Banton) can score goals and think that might push him on a little bit.

“Ian Rees, we think a lot of and we want to see how he features in first team football.

“It will give us a little marker to where they both are.”

Defender Brett Longden, who is out of contract this season, has joined Maidenhead in the same division.

When pushed as to whether the right back would be staying at Town next term, Still said: “I’ve made my mind up on Brett, but I’m not going to tell you yet as he doesn’t know.”
