Amari is desperate not to miss play-offs again

SIDELINED striker Amari Morgan-Smith is determined to play a part in Town’s play-off push having been injured for much of the season, writes Mark Wood.

The 23-year-old forward endured a similarly frustrating end last year when asthma ruled him out of the season finale and that experience has left him desperate to play a part this time around.

He said: “I don’t want that to happen again after not being unable to play in the play-off final last season.

“I don’t want to not be involved again this year.

“It’s unexplainable really the frustration – even this season I just want to be a part of it and help out the club and the team as much as I can.”
