All the odds as Town take on Millwall

The News/Gazette Bet Victor column

This Saturday, Luton take a break from the league and turn their attention to the FA Cup where they host London rivals Millwall, writes Charlie McCann.

The Hatters are the lowest ranked team still in the cup, but by managing to avoid any big Premier League opposition, and hosting an out of form Millwall there is potential for Luton to cause another upset.

After their shock 1-0 victory at Norwich last month they will be full of confidence going into Saturday’s match despite being 1000/1 to win the trophy outright.

Millwall are the obvious favourites at 21/20 with Luton’s home advantage 29/10 and the draw 5/2. The bookies have given a lot of respect to Luton and do fancy them to get a result, It’s not very often a Championship team can face a Conference team and be slightly better than evens for the win. The first goal will be key for Luton, if they can hit the back of the net first then you have to fancy them to go on and get a result and with strikers like Andre Grey you wouldn’t put it past them.
