After the magnificent fightback at home to Halifax last weekend the Hatters have suddenly become the Conference’s great entertainers although I’m not convinced John Still will quite look at it that way!

Cambridge’s excellent 1-0 win at Grimsby means that the U’s have a 10-point lead over Town in the Conference and the leaders are now odds on at 10/11 with BetVictor to maintain their lead to the end of the season.

Bottom of the table Hyde visit Kenilworth Road on Saturday and, given the visitors have only scored eight goals in 14 league fixtures to date, this is a must-win game for the Hatters.

Having scored 10 goals in their last three home games many Town fans will be oping for more of the same, but patience might be the order of the day and I hope normal service is resumed and like the quote of 20/21 at BetVictor for Luton to win to nil.

Tigers have lost their last 10 on the bounce in the League and have not scored in since their match with Kidderminster on September 14.

Cambridge travel to Chester and are 23/20 to return south with all three points with the hosts 5/2 and the draw 12/5. Kidderminster are 10/11 at Southport, unbeaten at home this term, and Hatters’ fans already know that is not the easiest place in the world to get a result.
