Ainge’s anger at Town’s set-piece problems

If Town want to win the Conference, then they have to nip their set-piece problems in the bud according to defender Simon Ainge, writes Mike Simmonds.

Hatters have conceded 28 goals this season, with 11 coming from set-pieces, including both at Mansfield on Sunday and Ainge is well aware that is hampering their title bid.

He said: “We’re kicking ourselves that we’ve let in from another set-piece. I thought we were going to grind out an ugly win which is something we’ve not been doing recently.

“We’re working a lot in training and if we want to win the league, it’s something we need to get right. It’s just simple balls into the box and we can’t win the league like that, so we need to sort it out.”
