On paper second place Renhold United look to have the easier task going into their Playing Field encounter against second from bottom of the table Eastcotts AFC in search of their fourth home win on the bounce against a visiting side whose away trips this season have seen them collect just three points from a possible 27.

Whilst league leaders AFC Oakley M&DH search out their fifth home win on the bounce when called upon at their Church Lane base by near neighbours Sharnbrook whose recent form of just one defeat in their last seven league outings including winning their last three away outings suggests this will be no stroll in the park for the home side.

There is also a local flavouring to the action at the Football Centre, being the venue at which seventh place Flitwick Town look for their first home win of 2016 against fourth place Ampthill Town Reserves who will make the short journey looking to avoid their fourth consecutive away defeat and not so many miles away at Crawley Road sixth place hosts Cranfield United will be in search of league win number five on the bounce against tenth place Ickwell & Old Warden who will hit the road in the quest of their third away win on the bounce.

Whilst the final action in this division comes at Hitchin Road where ninth place Shefford Town & Campton play hosts to the in form eighth place Marston Shelton Rovers.

Division One supported by Wests Citroen Bedford action this weekend will see league leaders Sundon Park Rangers defending their seasons unbeaten league ways when at their Stockwood Park Athletic Track base they are called upon by fifth place AFC Kempston Town & Bedford College Reserves who to date have lost just the once in league action on the road this season. The final league action is scheduled to be at Greenfield Road being the venue at which hosts Westoning are due a visit from Henlow but with Henlow’s home Bedfordshire FA Intermediate Cup tie against AFC Oakley M&DH Reserves waterlogged off last weekend this fixture for certain will be postponed to allow the County Cup tie to go ahead this weekend. Likewise this will also mean another delay to the Centenary Cup action that was due to take place at Chambers Lane between the hosting Ickleford and AFC Oakley M&DH Reserves.

Confirmation of these changes and any subsequent fixtures for Ickleford & Westoning will be posted to our website www.befordshirefootball.co.uk when finalised.
