Buzzard were well on top early on in the game on Saturday (February 19) and were 11-0 up at half time courtesy of two penalties, plus a try from Geoff Branwhite.

Ath responded in the second half and Sam Richbell scored a coverted try on the hour.

However a third penalty from Craig Beattie almost immediately afterwards put Buzzard seven points ahead and that’s the way it stayed.
