Bedford weather: Here’s when snow and rain will hit this week

Heavy rain will continue in Bedford until the early afternoon on Monday 24 February 2020, when the sky will turn overcast, later giving over to sunny spells around 16:00.

According to the Met Office, Tuesday (25 Feb) will begin cloudy, with sunny spells emerging later in the afternoon. A temperature high of 8C and a low of 1C is predicted.

Wednesday (26 Feb) will see similar conditions, with an overcast morning changing to sunny spells around midday. The day will also see a high of 8C but a low of 0C.

Thursday (27 Feb) will see the bad weather begin again, with the Met Office predicting light snow showers by mid-morning - around 9am. These will not last too long however, with the snow predicted to ease off around midday. A high temperature of 8C and a low of 1C is predicted.

Friday 28 February will be mostly wet, with a cloudy morning changing to light rain by around 9am. It will be slightly warmer, however, with an expected high temperature of 11C and a low of 6C.

A rainy weekend?

The weekend will be mostly wet, with heavy rain predicted on Saturday and a possibility of light rain in the afternoon on Sunday. Temperatures will not fall too low however.
