Visit garden with moated castle
Flaxbourne Farm, Salford Road, Aspley Guise, will open its gate for the National Gardens Scheme on Sunday, May 8, from 2pm until 5.30pm.
The fun garden has been lovingly developed with numerous water features, windmill, modern arches and bridges, a lily pond and herbaceous borders with spring flowers.

Hide AdA recently established three-way bridge is planted up with Japanese acers and tree ferns, There is a Japanese garden with flyover walkway and an inspirational woodland setting, a crow’s nest, crocodiles and a tree house with zip wire for children. A Roman stone arched gateway graces the garden together with Greek temple ruin and there is a small moated castle. Admission £5, children admitted free. Home-made teas available.
