Video shows an air ambulance take off after landing in Midland Road, Bedford, following a collision.

The area has been closed to traffic with emergency services on the scene following the incident near the Royal Mail sorting office, earlier this afternoon.

Jelena Stojkovic, posted on FB: "Avoid Midland Road area. It’s been shut down due to collision. Always traffic there anyway but just to give you the heads up, air ambulance landed on Midland Road.”
