Trains services are severely disrupted from Thameslink stations between Bedford and Luton this morning (Friday March 20) while emergency services deal with an incident in North London.

The train operator, which runs commuter services from Bedfordshire into London, expect delays and cancellations until mid-morning while emergency services are dealing with the incident near Kentish Town.

Trains are currently unable to run between London St Pancras and Luton in both directions.

A spokesman for Thameslink said: "We have arranged for tickets for to be accepted on alternative routes but we strongly advise passengers to check their journey using the National Rail Enquiries real-time journey planner."
