Bedford Borough Council's gritters will be out in force again today, following a cold night.
They plan to hit the town twice..
In a statement on Twitter, the council said: "Very cold night with sub-zero temps and possible snow showers.
"Gritting at 18.00 (6pm) and 05.00 (5am) on the 10th Feb, followed by secondary routes."
