Ampthill Festival has confirmed that the main act for AmpRocks on Friday, July 3 will be The Cuban Brothers.

The Cuban Brothers, pictured, whip up a frenzy at every gig with their legendary performance combining music, riotous comedy, and sensational dancing and and their rise to fame has been meteoric.

From stealing the main stage at Manumission to hosting the NME Awards The Cuban Brothers soon became the most desirable act to book for the coolest live events. MTV were soon hot on their trail and in 2002 The Cuban Brothers started presenting music specials including festival coverage of Homelands and Creamfields, MTV in Ibiza and the MTV Music Awards, now they will play Ampthill Park on 3rd July, showcasing songs from the brand new album “Yo! Bonita” - Silly Fresh man, Silly Fresh!.

AmpRocks Chairman, Ian Scarr, said: “We listened to last year’s feedback and wanted to keep the party going during the changeover between bands and there was only one choice for us, The Cuban Brothers will DJ between bands and bring their madcap show to entertain the AmpRocks crowd, so make sure you get in early to catch their main set after the excellent Liv & Tim from Redborne School.”

Last year’s AmpRocks was the biggest yet - with a capacity 5,000 sell out, this year is

expected to sell out even quicker once the last two acts are announced in the coming weeks. Visit
