Enjoy Christmas comedy at its best in Bedford with two shows in December.

Castle Comedy Bedford is pulling out all the stops to make this Christmas the best ever with performances on Friday, December 19 and Saturday 20 – however, the first night is now a sellout.

Andrew Ryan, who headlines both nights, is a charming, hilarious and captivating Irish stand up.

He has supported Justin Moorhouse and Terry Alderton on their UK tours.

He has also appeared on Comedy Central at The Comedy Store and Russell Howard’s Good News!

The Skinny reviewed and said: “Ferociously intelligent, Ryan is a great writer. Charming, hilarious and accessible with some really powerful thinking underneath it all.”

Also on the bills is award winning comedian and writer, Tom Goodliffe.

Tom emerged from the renowned comedy hotbed of accountancy; he has quickly made a name for himself with his unique blend of smart gags, charming storytelling and a hugely likeable stage persona.

Finally there is Aussie Adam Vincent, part of the award winning writing team for Channel 4’s The Last Leg.

The show will be held together by Castle Comedy regular, Paul Revill.

The festive feel will be complete with cake, party poppers, Chocolate Yule log, mince pies, crackers and prizes.

Doors at The Ent Shed in Castle Road open at 7.30pm with the show starting at 8.30pm.

Tickets are £12 or you can have a pre-show Christmas meal, glass of wine and comedy ticket for £20.
