Son of Dave has hit the streets again, stomping his way around a dozen UK venues with a suitcase full of brand new records and endless supply of rowdy gags.

During November he launched a new series of “Filthy 45’s” where he takes on some classic – and not so classic – tunes, giving them his own unmistakable mistreatment.

Son Of Dave is at Esquires on Saturday, December 6, with support by the Jack Hutchinson Duo.

Already known for his renditions of Bonkers – Dizzie Rascal, Black Betty – Ram Jam, Bom Bom – Sam and the Womp, and many more, he’s decided to bow to public demand and crank out more crowd pleasers on limited edition seven-inch vinyl.

This one-man Bluesman of Canadian origin is unique in every way: his style, his showmanship, and his musicianship.

It takes some kind of genius to get tunes made with harmonica, beatbox, percussion and a loopstation onto the soundtrack of Breaking Bad or Later With Jools Holland – both of which he has done.

His legendary live show has already toured five continents and earned him a cult status amongst a diverse audience. With a CV as long as your arm and a briefcase full of naughty tricks, the master is on tour again and this time it is not to be missed.

Doors open at 8pm and tickets are £9.50 in advance from Danny’s Bar. Call 01234 340120.
