Sign up for country walk for the Road Victims Trust

Get your walking boots ready and sign up for a fundraiser to help those affected by tragedies on the roads.

The Road Victims Trust, based in Kempston, raised more than £3,500 last year during a walk around the nearby countryside.

Last year’s 20-mile walk saw about 45 people taking part and now you are invited to join the outing this year, which will be on Saturday, June 18 with at least 50 people already signed up.

The walkers will be meeting at Kempston Rovers at 10am and will make their way into the North Bedfordshire countryside to take in the surroundings of Bromham, Stevington, Pavenham, Oakley and Clapham before returning to Kempston.

The trust will provide all of the necessary support and encouragement, including some training walks leading up to the big day.

Funds raised will help the trust continue to support those affected by deaths on the road.
