The music line-up for Bedford River Festival has been unveiled and promises a scorching two days of entertainment.

Courtesy of The Pad Presents, a fabulous programme over Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20 awaits the thousands of visitors to the riverside event.

A Pad Presents spokesman said: “We are proud to have have teamed up with some fine talent to bring you a stage jam packed full of music across the two days.

“Situated just past the bandstand, in the programme it has been labelled as ‘music stage’, and for good reason too. Some of the area’s favourite and most exciting bands have been drafted in to create a diverse line up that should have Bedford’s music loving population grinning from ear to ear. On Saturday The Pad have secret guest too, so keep your ears to the ground for the on site rumours.”

Saturdays line-up, from noon, includes sets from The Casters, Whammy, Karl Philips, Zedo and The Method, Doghouse Roses, Pearl Handled Revolver, special guest and The Wholls. Sunday, from noon, on stage are Buzzard Lope, The Ivory Collective, The Jebs, Atlas and Dotz and The Ska Masters.

All sets are 40 minutes long and start on the hour.

The Pad Saturday night Loaded DJs will be spinning the finest music all day between bands, with them heading straight to The Pad afterwards for the official afterparty, which is free entry before midnight.
