On the Sunday before Christmas members of The Jigsaw Club donned their Santa suits and went for a stroll around Ampthill Park.
The Santa Stroll was organised by manager of the park’s Hub Phil Napoli to raise money for an all-terrain wheelchair so that people with disabilities can access the area more easily.
Back at the Hub there were a range of activities on offer to raise funds for The Jigsaw Club, which is for people with physical disabilities in Ampthill and the surrounding areas.
This is the second fundraiser that Phil has organised at the Hub - the first was a Halloween weekend in October.
These two events have raised a total of £800 for the club, which will go towards the upkeep of two specially adapted ambulances that transport members to and from the group.
The club’s members are very grateful to Phil and his little helpers for their hard work over the two weekends and would like to say a big thank you to them.
