Roadside drug checks increase

Police will increase the number of checks over the next two months, in a bid to stop drug drivers.

Beds, Cambs and Herts Police are cooperating on a THINK! campaign.

The penalties for drug driving are the same as those for drink driving. If convicted, motorists could lose their licence, be fined up to £5,000 and even face a prison sentence. Read more at www.gov.uk/drug-driving-law
