The application is to increase the maximum number of residents to 13 divided into eight bedrooms.

The extra rooms will be formed by reducing the size of the current living area/kitchen/diner and converting the dining room to a bedroom.

The application form states that there isn’t any on-site parking, but a 13-space bicycle rack is included in the proposal.

More information can be found on the council’s planning portal, reference 23/02288/COU. The overall consultation expiry date is Friday, November 17, 2023.
