Detective inspector Elaine Cook said: “We are increasingly concerned for Kayne’s welfare.

“He is not in any trouble, but due to his transient lifestyle, it has become difficult to trace his whereabouts, and we just need him to present himself at a police station, so we can check he is safe and well.

“It is possible Kayne may be staying with friends or associates and we would remind them too that it is important to come forward to the police if they know where he stays or frequents.”

Anyone with information regarding Kayne’s whereabouts is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference MPC/90/20.
