Shady goings on at Woburn!
With temperatures soaring to 36C on Wednesday it’s no wonder the animals of Woburn Safari Park took matters into their own hands.
Parasols were erected in Desert Springs, home to a very loveable mob of meerkats, trying to stay cool in the shade.
Amur tiger, Minerva, is lucky enough to have his very own private pool in the tiger enclosure, while the American Black bears were treated to special iced lollies. Their keepers freeze water and lots of different fruit to give the bears a refreshing and fun way to cool down.
