The man was spotted in the Bromham Road area of town which was being patrolled by local community officers (PCSOs).
A spokesman said: “While patrolling the Bromham Road area, local community officers spotted a man wanted for five outstanding offences including thefts, criminal damage, and assault.
“After a short chase male was placed in handcuffs and arrested for the relevant matters.”
