Worries about health, finances and the future are the most frequent coronavirus lockdown concerns people are sharing with the NHS talking therapies service for Bedfordshire.
Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service provides talking therapies and self-help strategies for adults experiencing issues including low mood, anxiety or insomnia and is also providing support for people with coronavirus concerns.

The theme is kindness and the Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service team are sharing common themes to reassure people they are not alone if feeling worried and that help and support is in place for those who need it.
They are providing support by telephone and digital platforms and adults living or working in Bedfordshire can receive help by calling or emailing the service.
Regular webinars on specific themes are also being produced so people who don’t want to talk can listen and learn how to use self-help techniques.
