Her award was announced on the night by Dame Julie Walters and the event was introduced by the Duke of Cambridge via a recorded video message.
Dr Jill Tolfrey, The Fire Fighters Charity chief executive, said of Louise’s award: “I am delighted that Louise has been recognised for her incredible work supporting The Fire Fighters Charity.
"The Dependant category is such an important one as it recognises those people who offer a listening ear at home and often bear much of the worry of having a partner in the fire service. Louise is known as a relentless fundraiser, so we are thrilled to be recognising her this evening. Congratulations Louise.”

Usually held in London, with a reception at No 10 Downing Street, the coronavirus pandemic meant the charity took the awards ceremony online in 2020 for the first time.
