Can you rough it for just one night? Bedford charity needs your help
and live on Freeview channel 276
The SMART Prebend Centre is appealing for plucky volunteers to sleep rough for one night next month.
It may be warm, it may be cold – but at least if you sign up, for you the experience will be short-lived.
Plus, they’ll be food, live music and other activities.

And any money raised will go towards fully opening the SMART Prebend Centre to help support those who need help.
And if you don't feel like going to the school, you can always raise funds by sleeping outside in your back garden.
There’ll be a timetable of activities at the school including a wake-up call at 5.30am with some energising activities.
The SMART Prebend Centre expects the numbers to grow significantly for the already hundreds of meals it prepares every month.
