Obscure people from history to entertain at Skeptics

The event is courtesy of the Bedford Skeptics In The Pub which meets on Thursday, March 17, and welcomes skeptic, comedian and voice of the Skeptics Guide To The Universe, Iszi Lawrence.

She will be bringing her new show, The Z List Dead List, to the North End Social Club in Roff Avenue at 7.30pm.

The Z List Dead List is about obscure people from History. As a skeptic, Iszi has found a few people from the past that will peak your interest. Expect woo, violence, sex and death. And a competition.

The show is also a podcast with guest interviews from Jon Ronson, Griff Rhys Jones, Natalie Haynes, Neil Denny, Richard Herring and others.

The Skeptics in the Pub group was launched in 2012 and hosts a speaker who talks for around 40 minutes before debating with the audience.
