The Kempston site is opening its new Enquiry Office as part of a dedicated building programme to upgrade facilities.

The office will feature a new front counter, visitor seating, a dedicated admin office and six further rooms, some of which will be used by officers and staff to speak to the public.

It will be open from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and replaces the old front reception.

The opening times allow those on bail to meet their ‘signing in’ commitments, and mirrors the service and opening hours at Luton Police Station.

At the official opening, the ribbon will be cut at 10am by Chief Constable Jon Boutcher and Police and Crime Commissioner Olly Martins.
