New book tells town's story as never before
Last Thursday saw the launch of The Bedford Chronicles at the town's Swan Hotel.

Jointly created by Alasdair Bright and Karen Fryc, The Bedford Chronicles tells the story of Bedford as it has never been told before.
As part of the launch, every Bedford Borough child in school Years 4 and 5 received a free special edition copy of the book on World Book Day.
The Bedford Chronicles have been created in partnership with The Harpur Trust as part of this year’s 450th anniversary celebrations.
450th anniversary project manager Sarah Elam said: “The Harpur Trust is delighted to be associated with The Bedford Chronicles during this, our 450th anniversary year.
