Cllr Sue Hinkin was joined by members of Ampthill Town Council at the Lime Tree Court development, created by Storey Homes, a collection of 14 four and five bedroom town houses, set in a gated development a short walk from the town centre.

After the ribbon cutting ceremony, Cllr Hinkin, pictured, said: “I am proud to represent Ampthill and very pleased to welcome such an attractive development to the town. Ampthill is one of the jewels of Bedfordshire, steeped in history but with a thriving local community. The homes at Lime Tree Court are a tremendous asset to the town and I look forward to working with Storey Homes in the future.”

Katy Jordan, managing director of Storey Homes said: “From the architect’s plans through to the interior design of the show home, we knew that Lime Tree Court had to be exceptional. We believe we have delivered a collection of beautifully appointed homes that offer flexibility and style to the purchaser, in a highly desirable market town.

“Over three quarters of the homes at Lime Tree Court have now been reserved or sold. Our purchasers are varied, with first time buyers, families with young children and downsizers all attracted by the versatile living space they can really make their own.”
