A man has suffered life-threatening injuries after a crash in Wootton last night, Monday, January 5.
The man, in his 40s, had been involved in a head-on collision and suffered a serious head injury.
Medica from the East Anglian Air Ambulance Anglia 2 were called to the scene at about 10.15pm.
The EAAA medics Dr Audun Langhelle and critical care paramedic Gary Steward administered anaesthetic on scene before escorting the patient to Addenbrooke’s Hospital by EEAST land ambulance.
He is reported to be in a life threatening condition.
