Lou Lou’s Vintage Fair is back in Bedford this weekend, with fashion, homeware and a beauty salon bringing past eras to the Corn Exchange on Sunday, September 6.
The popular event, running between 10am and 4pm, will also bring Sarah’s Doo-Wop Do’s Salon to town, as well as Very Vintage Teas and The Miss Jones Jazz Band, specialising in music from the 1940s and 1950s.
Organiser Lou Lou said: “In this ever changing and fast pace world, allowing a bit of the past into our lives can provide perspective and beauty that we had forgot. Whether you remember the times in which vintage items were the current fashions or not, everyone can appreciate a beautifully hand crafted and designed piece that is one of a kind! Lou Lou’s Vintage Fair allows for you to come to one event and see all this beauty in one place; with a variety of home ware, fashions and jewellery from the 20’s to the 80’s from the best vintage traders in the UK. Nowadays, fashion and trends change in the blink of an eye but true class and beauty is never out of style.”
Admission to the fair is £2 for adults, with children under 12 admitted free.
