Huge turn out for Queen's Park litter pick

Councillor Yasin said: “We were really delighted that so many people from all sections of the community came out to help us.

“We collected a huge amount of litter, and hope people will join us again on our litter pick session next week to finish the job.”

Councillor Masud added: “The area looks so much better when the litter is cleared, so if you can spare a bit of time please come along, all the equipment will be provided.”
The next litter pick will be Sunday, February 26.
