Employees from GUHG, which is the parent company of Aragon - managing thousands of homes in Central Beds - and MacIntyre Housing Associations and South Northants Homes, were asked to take part in a rigorous survey that identifies workplace performance and best practice according to certain factors.

Alan Humphreys, GUHG’s Chief Executive said: “We were delighted with our success last year but to make it onto the list for a second year running is great news for our staff.

“We learned a lot from the Best Companies award over the last year and are always trying to implement further improvements to the workplace in recognition of how much we value our employees.

“A great workplace is about fairness and opportunity for everyone at every level.
