Gary hopes to achieve tennis dream in Bedford

Gary Cox is a man on a mission. The 30-year-old is hoping to represent Great Britain in disability tennis tournaments '“ but needs funding towards training and travel.

Gary was involved in a car crash in 2006 which left him with a broken neck and in a wheelchair.

Gary began practising regularly at the Riverside Tennis Club, in Goldington Road, Bedford with coach Richard Ball.

For Gary, tennis is a full-time commitment and he travels from his home in Chelveston to train with Richard. Richard, from Sharnbrook, is the North Beds Disability Tennis Manager. If you are interested in sponsoring Gary, e-mail [email protected]
