Blue Peter’s Lindsey Russell and Radzi Chinyanganya headed to Twinwoods Adventure Bodyflight indoor wind tunnel to compete in an head to head 4-Way Skydiving Challenge.

The pair completed a day of intensive training to achieve a level where they could fly as part of the professional skydiving teams, the UK National Womens AAA hopefuls ‘Team Volition’ and UK National Open hopefuls ‘Team ACM’.

When the training had finished Bodyflight drew a round consisting of different group formations. The teams had just 30 seconds to perform the most formations to take the glory!

A Bodyflight spokesman said: “The round was drawn, flown and judged in the same way that we would a real competition so the Pro teams were highly competitive!

“The presenters and our teams were joined by some of the pupils from local schools who are taking part in the Bodyflight ‘Recruitz’ youth programme and the presenters were kind enough to sign lots of autographs and high five all of the kids after watching them training, as well as getting a few tips from the young flyers ahead of the competition.”
