NOSH Books is run by Joy and Ron May and their sons Ben and Tim, from their home, and their latest work, Sugar-free Gluten-free, will in stores from September 1.

Joy is the cook and along with her family, has now produced 10 cookbooks over the years.

The books are full of simple recipes for everyday cooking and this new book aims to help and educate those who are looking to reduce their processed sugar intake.

The first book was inspired by Ben, who couldn’t cook when he went to uni, so NOSH For Students was published.

Joy does the cooking and research, Tim does the photography and helps with the research, Ben does the design and graphics and Ron makes sure all is going to plan. For more about the family and their books, visit www.noshbooks.com
