Extra sessions held to help you find the perfect volunteering opportunity
An appeal for new helpers is being made by the Community and Voluntary Service in Bedfordshire, who say volunteering can be rewarding too.
From butterfly conservation to support for offenders, from the countryside to city life, and from the occasional evening and week-end commitment to regular workday hours, there are opportunities to suit all tastes, abilities and availability.
The service can help you to find the perfect volunteering opportunity and is offering some additional volunteer recruitment sessions at their offices at 43 Bromham Road. These are Tuesday, January 19, and Saturday, January 23, both between 10am and 1pm. These are in addition to the Thursday morning recruitment sessions which run 10am to 1pm.
