Riders are being warned to lock up their equestrian equipment after thieves struck at a stables in Flitton.
Between Saturday (September 12) at 7pm and 9am the following day crooks stole riding equipment from the stables in Silsoe Road.
Police are warning people to be aware of any suspicious vehicles and people in yards and around horses.
They are also urging people to ensure that their valuables are secure, avoid leaving tack or equipment in yards where they can be seen from the road, property mark valuables and secure all yard vehicles.
